#16105 1.1x3.1 Baluch Pul Donnel (money bag), Afghanistan, mid 20thC, flat woven wool and goat's hair, weft float brocade, decorative goat hair selvage and enclosure loops across the top, tassels contain shells, the bag is shown sideways in the photo, narrow deep bags with this design are called money bags, and they would be used to hold small valuables and hung high in the tent to keep the children out of it, the back is finished same as the front, very good condition $295.00
