#7025 10"x10.5"x13" Penobscot basket, very thin white ash splints with a hard wood handle, some colored in pale red, collected in Main, ca. 1st Qtr 20thC, the bottom is plaited in 2/2 twill to create a decorative bottom, fading of colors on the outside, otherwise in near mint condition $98.00

The original price in pencil on the bottom is 75 cents, a nice sum in 1910.
